Where does my data live?
In your own Apple Calendar and Reminders. DayPilot has no account, no server, and no analytics. Nothing is collected or transmitted.
Why isn't my event showing up?
Check that DayPilot has full access to Calendar and Reminders in Settings, and that the event is on a calendar you have enabled in the Calendar app.
Why did a task disappear from my cards?
Reminder lists sorted as Checklists during setup never appear as cards. You can change how a list is sorted at any time in Settings.
How do I change what a list is sorted as?
Open Search, tap Settings, and find Manage List Types.
I'm not getting notifications.
Check that notifications are enabled for DayPilot in Settings, and that Focus mode or Do Not Disturb isn't suppressing them.
