DayPilot: Think Less Do More
Last updated: July 2026
DayPilot ("the app," "we," "our") is designed with your privacy as a priority. The app helps you decide what to focus on by working with your existing calendar and reminders on your device. This policy explains what data the app accesses and how it is handled.
The short version: DayPilot works entirely on your device. We do not collect, store, sell, or share your personal data. We do not have servers that receive your information, and we do not use third-party analytics or tracking services.
To function, DayPilot accesses the following on your device, only with your permission:
All processing happens locally on your device. The app uses the above data only to provide its features — showing your schedule, recommending what to do, and sending you helpful reminders. Your calendar and reminder data stays within Apple's Calendar and Reminders systems and on your device.
DayPilot relies on Apple's built-in services (Calendar/EventKit, Reminders, Notifications, and Maps/geocoding) to function. Your use of these is governed by Apple's own privacy policy. If you have enabled sharing analytics with developers in your device settings, Apple may share anonymized, aggregated crash and usage diagnostics with us to help improve the app; this is handled by Apple and controlled by your device settings.
DayPilot is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any data from children.
We may update this policy as the app evolves (for example, if future features introduce optional cloud syncing). If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
